The work-plan of EPOPTIS is structured around six Work Packages (WP).
WP1 is responsible for project management and promotion through publicity actions, as well as the project’s sustainability plan.
WP2 will define the system requirements along with a use case, and deliver the architecture of the Management-as-a-Service system.
In WP3, encryption algorithms for secure data transfer, privacy enhancing techniques, as well as the trust model for data transmission through trusted devices will be designed.
In order to achieve interoperability, WP4 will design and develop a semantic model for data representation. In addition, data mining algorithms will be investigated, in order to automate monitoring of IoT networks and processing of collected data. Finally, a system for reliable data visualization and platform management will be designed.
The results of WP2, WP3 and WP4 come together and are integrated in WP5 that is responsible for system and use case implementation.
Finally, WP6 will evaluate the performance of the implemented system.
